Menter Aberystwyth's new Development Officer Gwennan Davies will commence employment on the 1st of June 2009.

Gwennan is fully bilingual and has a BSc in City and Regional Planning from Cardiff University and is currently finishing an MSc in Regeneration Studies at Cardiff University. She wishes to return to her home area of Ceredigion and is looking forward to working for Menter Aberystwyth.

Menter Aberystwyth is the newly formed regeneration partnership for Aberystwyth and surrounding area and are committed to developing projects which will benefit the area. Menter Aberystwyth is a partnership between Aberystwyth Town Council, The University of Wales Aberystwyth, The National Library of Wales, Aberystwyth Business Club and The Community Councils of the surrounding area.
